Background

Prior to founding Santi Company, John spent over 20 years building his financial acumen and client services expertise in leadership and advisory roles for some of the nation’s largest brokerage houses.
St. John’s distinct form of entrepreneurial work first emerged at Paine Webber/UBS, where he distinguished himself over twenty years both with his ability to successfully refer significant investment banking business to the firm, as well as his dedication to delivering outstanding client services, and financial returns for those clients. John founded the Private Client Consulting Group and is responsible for the presence of Comerica Trust in Memphis, TN. He later spearheaded the growth of one of the fastest growing wealth management firms. There he not only influenced the company’s strategic direction and community investment strategy, but also brought numerous direct business ventures, all while delivering sophisticated, highly-rewarding comprehensive wealth management strategies to high net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs.
In 2005 he had gained the network of global leaders and personal expertise to set-out on his own. At this juncture he founded Santi Company, LLC. Through the Santi Company, John had a vehicle to deliver value to a wide spectrum of successful individuals and companies in various industries, including healthcare, academic, retail, biotech, and among others.
