Copernicus Radio Interview
|
Background
Are you “successful”, but not completely fulfilled? Many professionals, especially in the securities industry, find themselves not fully enjoying their wealth. In a left-brain dominated industry, we may often find that our right-brain creativity, our heartfelt emotions (and truths) and even our physical bodies may be neglected or underutilized. Thus, we may not fully enjoy our wealth because true wealth is a state of being experienced in our bodies, not a dollar amount in a bank account. Edwards Holliday and Stu Zimmerman join me this week to explore the true visceral nature of wealth as a full-bodied state of being. We’ll also discuss how you can begin to launch for very own Personal Bull Market, defined by new highs (and higher lows – we all have lows from time to time) in your life. This program is truly in the spirit of Copernicus himself, a visionary who dared to reject conventional wisdom and perceptions in favor of a deeper truth.

Stu Zimmerman

In 1997, after fifteen years of being a stock broker, options trader and junior partner in a money management firm, Stuart founded his own investment firm, Zimco Advisors, a registered investment advisor through which he managed over $30 million in the stock market for high net worth individuals and small institutions. At the height of his personal and professional success, Stuart's wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He realized that true security and wealth is not measured in dollars. Moved by new priorities for his life, he liquidated his business to know joy and purpose beyond financial wealth.
Stuart co-founded Inner Securities, a private wealth coaching and training firm, based on the principles outlined in the landmark book he co-authored with Jared Rosen, Inner Security and Infinite Wealth: Merging Self Worth and Net Worth (Select Books, 2003). In 2005, he founded In Joy Media, Inc., the creator of Inner Espresso, the entertaining short-form video series created to awaken business people to new levels of awareness. Stuart also hosted the critically-acclaimed Inside Wealth radio show, interviewing remarkable and diverse guests such as Deepak Chopra, Tony La Russa, George Zimmer and Ken Fisher.
